As you know I mostly write about food and how it contributes (or doesn’t) to our health and well-being. The human body is a mass of chemical reactions and your inner balance can be changed by things other than the food and drink we take in. Stress makes you produce powerful chemical signals that cause physical changes which is why I’m delighted to be involved in organising Cumbria Coaching Network‘s Coaching for Happiness Conference on Friday 21st September 2012 at Carus Green Golf Club, Kendal.
